Profile Optimisation

Before we create any content, we’ll optimise your social media profiles with correctly sized logos and professionally designed cover images. If you don’t have a profile, we’ll set it up and give you admin access so you can post your own content.

We’ll also go through the text on your profile and fill in the blanks so your contact details are all correct and the descriptions about your page are accurate and useful for your consumers.

Engaging Content

Social media is about being social and authentically engaging with your audience. How our Social Media team navigates your content is by referring back to your social media strategy that guides everything we do. We don’t do things that don’t align with the process. Content is focused on using the outlined strategy, including using the correct voice to target your audience.

Typically, content is created a month in advance and is provided to you for review and approval in the last week of the month. Content is then scheduled to go live throughout the month at critical peak periods when social media users are browsing the internet.

How do I run ads on Facebook?

The Meta/Facebook ad system is, not surprisingly, quite complicated. It’s very powerful but can take some time to get the hang of it. If you want to do it yourself, just follow the prompts within the Facebook system or do a Google search for a tutorial. If you’re too busy to learn how it all works, talk to us and we can discuss what you want to achieve and setup some ads for you.

Do I need to boost posts?

Yes, Facebook is continually growing and changing its algorithm, so it’s challenging for your content to be seen by your followers amongst all of the other content in their feed. Boosting your content pushes it out to a broader audience and ensures more of your followers see it too.
